Our grants are primarily available to senior service providers in Douglas County, Colorado, and we prioritize grant applicants that are registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Purpose of our grants:
The purpose is “so that each of the individual organizations who are serving our senior adults can apply for extra help with their needed projects so they can continue to keep current with the increasing number of seniors and supply the resources needed to serve them within their entity.”
2021 grant application requirements and instructions:
Please submit two (2) written copies of the grant application. At least one copy must contain original signatures. Please attach a financial statement, most recent audit report, and a copy of the IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter. In addition, please include any materials or other marketing information that may help us evaluate your organization. We do not accept online submissions. Please mail all materials to:

As a recipient of this award, we would request that you send us the following reports:
- A mid-year report on the distribution of any grant money to this point and the areas to which the money has been issued per your grant request.
- An end of the year report on the full distribution of the grant money and how it was issued per your grant request.If the money was not fully used, please state the reason.
